Public spaces are interpreted as a space for communication and a space for participation in social processes. In Cambodia there are a lot of different festivals and celebrations taking place on the street of religious and social reasons.
A
food installation prepared together with the neighborhood and the artist community invites everybody to join and get part of it. Parallel there will be an open studio exhibition upstairs at tiSamjort showing works of Sopheal Neak, Lilla von Puttkamer, Carola Rümper, Sreymao Sao and Tan Vatey. The exhibition includes performances, interventions, past ups, drawings and objects.
The project `crowd chattering`, will be realized from 21.2 – 3.3.2024 in Phnom Penh (Cambodia)
The project is carried out in cooperation with the studio and project space tiSamjort (Phnom Penh).
