TRAUMFABRIK

Die Künstlerinnen Carina Fihn (Göteborg) und Hildegard Skowasch /Berlin) präsentieren eine neue Ausgabe der TRAUMFABRIK.

Ein fortlaufendes, kollaboratives und partizipatorisches Projekt über das Irrationale, das Unterbewußte und unsere nächtlichen Träume. Psychoanalyse, Philosophie, Mythen und Wissenschaft sind Inspirationsquellen, ebenso gesammelte und niedergeschriebene eigene Träume. Sie sind Ausgangspunkt und Material für ein freies Spiel mit Sprache, Interpretation, Übersetzung und Visualisierung. 

Die Besucher sind aufgefordert - im Tausch gegen ein von den Künstlerinnen signiertes  "multiple" - eigene Träume beizusteuern, die in der Traumsammlung "the brain is wider than the sky - Hypnagogia Bank"  gesammelt werden.

Exhibition

The artists Carina Fihn (Gothenburg) and Hildegard Skowasch /Berlin) present a new edition of TRAUMFABRIK.

An ongoing, collaborative and participatory project about the irrational, the subconscious and our nocturnal dreams. Psychoanalysis, philosophy, myths and science are sources of inspiration, as well as collected and noted dreams. They serve both as starting points and material for a free play with language, interpretation, translation and visualization.

Visitors are invited to contribute their own dreams, in exchange for a "multiple" signed by the artists.  The dreams will become part of the dream collection "the brain is wider than the sky - Hypnagogia Bank".
